Our client is looking for a Compensation &amp; Benefits Head, who would be responsible for designing, supporting, implementation and administration of end to end payroll, compensation, benefits and rewards initiatives &amp; policies. Job responsibilities -&nbsp; - Strategize and implement compensation strategy, associated benchmarks, frameworks &amp; processes. - Support Annual performance appraisal processes - Carry out role mapping/career level mapping exercises across the organization. - Ensure alignment to the Compensation Philosophy of the organization - Design and administration of competitive reward and incentive plans - Formulation, review and communication of HR and C&amp;B policies - Work with external agencies &amp; vendors to collect market intelligence &amp; use the same for appraisal &amp; compensation related decision making to stay competitive in the market.
