Head - Compensation & Benefits - IT

My client is looking for a C & B Head to be based out of Chennai

- Develop total rewards strategy for India market, to attract and retain talents that is aligned with business strategy and HR strategy.

- Responsible for all C&B related support for India market, including but not limited at market competitive research and analysis, policy/proposal design, development and implementation, vendor management, legal and regulatory compliance, HR and employee education on C&B matters, job evaluation and IS administration.

- Deep C&B expertise with minimum 5 years C&B related experience, scope covered more than India market will be a plus
