C&B Head


Compensation & Benefits:

- Creates and develops compensation and benefits strategies and collaborates with stakeholders to implement, sustain, and enhance.

- Develops compensation and benefits plans and programs to attract, engage, and retain key talent. Maintains these programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and relevance.

- Develops key decision-driving collaterals for the executive leadership team and the group holding board on various matters pertaining to C&B domain.

- Partners with the external C&B consultants on group level initiatives and or as per the individual requirement from businesses.

- Responsible for major compensation processes across the organization, such as annual increments, variable performance pay, LTI schemes, special project incentives, spanning the forecasting, presenting to the board, influencing the decision making, implementation, audit and communication to employees.

- Benchmark Directors Remuneration, presentation to NRCs, manage SLT remuneration including GHB and Board Directors to ensure compliance.

- Presentation and facilitative, influencing Board approvals

- Number of initiatives taken up and implemented

- Implementation Timelines and coverage

- On-time rollout Performance Management Process

- Drive program management of Annual Performance Management Process across the various businesses of the Group.

- Support in PMP moderation across the businesses, lead PMP for Senior Leadership Team with the board, presentations. Budget preparation, presentation and approval.

- Manage Compliance to the PMP - Ensuring accurate calculations as per the budget approvals, guidelines, audit, separation process of non-performers and associated processes through payroll

- Ensure on-time roll out of appraisal letters through the portal.

- 100% compliance to policies/guidelines


HR Policies & Payroll, Processes:

- Benchmark & formulate HR policies & processes, programs and practices in view of new business & statutory requirements.

- Lead policy revisions to remain contextual and as per organizational needs and subject to regulatory/statutory requirements.

- Implement new policies like Car Lease Policy, implementation of NPS, changes to PF contributions, etc. Provide policy related clarifications as SME, manage policies on the portal, etc.

- Payroll - Governance, systems, implement any changes in the taxation, etc.

- Timeliness in Rolling out policies

- Accurate policy drafting and upload on the portal

- Payroll Governance AOP, HR Analytics, Dashboards and Others

- Annual Operating Plans - Cost Projections for regular, consultants and outsourced staff across the group. Work closely with Business HRs on budget planning and end- of-the year actuals and consolidation. Maintain HC and Cost trend from time-to-time and present to the board for decision making.

- Develop HR dashboards, deep dive into data for deriving meaningful interferences or policy decisions.

- Analysis of compensation movement, Support in decision making in talent acquisition, salary correction, etc. with comparator data as per guidelines

- Lead and implement system changes required from time to time. Develop system to adhere to requirements from various module owners and SPOCs from time to time in modifying the system, testing and go-live

- Work with IT to implement any new projects, etc., in order to implement HR Systems, and processes basis the business requirements from time to time < on-time roll-out, implementation an governance
