A Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute a competitive compensationstrategy that attracts and retains top talent while aligning with the budget andbusiness objectives of business.

B. Salary Benchmarking: Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensurethe salary and compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Stay current with industrytrends and innovations in rewards and compensation to continuously enhance offerings.

C. Incentive Programs: Responsible for design and deployment of Variable Plans

D. Sr Management, Expats & Benefits Management: Oversee the design,implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, tailoringofferings to the specific business needs.

- Design the structure and benefit for Expat and Executive compensation.

- Professional qualification with Postgraduate in Management studies/Equivalent qualification from reputed Institute.

- At least 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefit including 2-3 years in leadership role.

- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including marketanalysis.

- Exceptional detailed orientation.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively with employees and management in identifying and resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.

- Excellent stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments

- Good business understanding.

- Business fluent knowledge of English in spoken and written form desirable.
