Client Details

Our client is one of the global players in the field of automated control systems with the presence in more than 50 countries across the globe. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Lead, based out of their head office in Noida.

Description

Reporting to Head HR & Head APAC C&B Head, you will work closely with the country HRBP's to drive the compensation and benefits agenda for India as an individual contributor and will be directly responsible for:

- Creating & driving the compensation and benefits agenda for India market

- Ensuring adherence to local policies and aligning them with the global policies too

- Doing a compensation bench-marking externally for the organization and comparing it across various industries and geography

- Interface with APAC C&B teams to ensure data for benefit programmes are captured in People Soft

- Introducing any new web-based tools used for salary reviews and incentive process management

- Creating & maintaining a compensation structure across all levels for India region

- Reviewing & proposing changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with the market

Profile

- Candidates with 6 -12 years of strong experience in compensation & benefits with full-time MBA will be preferred for this role

- Candidates with regional experience would have extra benefit along with exposure to India market

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with regional and global stakeholders is required
