HEAD - COMPENSATION BENEFITS - MNC

At present, we are having an urgent opening for HEAD - COMPENSATION BENEFITS for a REPUTED MNC IN flexible packaging for MUMBAI CORPORATE OFFICE location.


- The company is a leading provider of primary consumer packaging & decorative labelling solutions in India, and part of a Finnish-based global food packaging major.

REPORTING TO : INDIA HR HEAD

Key Deliverables :

Looking for a person who has strong knowledge experience in comp ben, understands payroll very well, should have handled payroll of 2500+ employees, well versed in statutory laws, understands compensation survey, benefits benchmarking. Will be handling annual rewards merit cycle, directly dealing with global team.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Overseeing the design and administration of all Compensation & Benefits programs and policies, salary administration, short term & long term incentive programs and health and welfare programs.

- Manage and support HR operations including payroll, HR analytics, exit management and HR dashboards. Also responsible for ensuring statutory compliances of payroll & benefits

- Overseeing internal and external auditing related to Compensation & Benefits programs and administration; monitor programs to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and country regulatory requirements.

- Monitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis and market trends to provide expert guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment of new hires and internal movements across all business units/functions of the organization

- Monitoring the compensation & benefits policies for retaining existing employees and drawing attention of fresh talents

- Responsible for the complete Total rewards & benefits framework (comp, benefits, R&R, PMS and payroll) within the Organization.

- Design/ Plan/ execute all Total Rewards policy and compensation initiatives

- Act as the POC for New Hiring, existing employee and payroll challenges for employee rewards, benefits and policies. Bonus, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly salary review.

- Developing Variable Pay Programs for sales and non-sales business lines within the Group Implementing Benefits proposition for all levels of employees

- Working in sync with Function Heads as HR Business Partner for developing and deploying customized people solution for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Retention

- Managing end-to-end integration and management of HR practices / policies across all M&A's Structuring the organizational design (function-wise) and rolling out of the same through effective communication with all stake holders

- Leading the implementation of HRIS for automating Global & Local People processes Coordinating with various businesses and ensuring finalization of Headcount & People Cost budget along with monthly monitoring of actuals against the budget each month

- Administering the design and rollout of HR Analytics practice for the management regarding HR function for enabling business decisions using data insights

- Overseeing the centralized Payroll operations for entire India across approximately 18 locations

- Strong knowledgebase into HR Payroll

- Designing, developing & implementing rewards programs aligned with Company's strategic plan

- Supporting decision making for pay actions (job offers, equity increases, promotions & bonus buyouts) by using survey sources & market references
