Responsibilities:  - Ensure services are in compliance with professional record keeping, reporting standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.  - Monitor compensation and benefits expenditure budgets.  - Plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefits programs.  - Direct staff engaged in the compensation and benefits department's programs; job evaluation, salary, benefits and incentive programs.  - HR Business Partnering for multiple line of businesses managing end to end HR activities including Change management, Talent management, Org Design, Employee Engagement, setting up new functions from scratch and taking it to a self-sustenance level.   Qualifications :  - Master degree (or higher) in HR  - Proven experience of capacity building and learning theory and organisational development work in multinational settings in several capacity building areas  - A minimum of seven years of experience in design and execution of Organization capabilities, preferably in a High growth environment  - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics and to use data to drive leaning &development priorities;  - Exceptional communications, interpersonal, as well as facilitation and coaching/mentoring skills applied within multi-cultural contexts;
