- Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head compensation and benefits for an engineering solution company based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Global exposure to compensation and benefits

- Proven expertise in conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate the organization's Comp & Ben offerings.

- Experience implementing HR processes & systems for compensation, promotions, payroll, and appraisals.

- Designed and managed incentive programs and recognition initiatives.

- Candidates must have between 8 and 14 years of experience.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefit plan design.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- In-depth knowledge of HR functions

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
