- Should be a specialist C & B leader for minimum of 6-7 years.
- Must have excellent communication /presentation skills
- Should be leading C & B function in the organization at preset
- Should have knowledge of salary surveys conducted by third-party agencies, able to analyse their reports, use those survey reports for internal benchmarking
- should have handled minimum 5 appraisal cycles
- Must be from a Multinational Manufacturing organization
- Excellent with excel, lot of manual reporting & MIS. It's a standalone position
- Must be willing work extended hours as and when required as
