Role : Head Compensation and Benefits
About the Role :
The role is with a very large Conglomerate at Group Level. The position will manage the Compensation strategy and overhaul the current processes and strategies including, Market Benchmarking and Job Evaluation, Salary, Benefits and Variable Pay Review, C&B Integration, expat compensation management. The role will be responsible for managing over 20000 strong manpower and reports to the CHRO.
Years of experience : 9 to 18 years of relevant experience across industries.
Qualifications : MBA/ PGDM full time Preferred.
