Our client is a fast-growing conglomerate within the energy space, with multiple complex lines of business spread across the country and abroad.

They are looking for a C&B Head based out of Gurgaon for their multiple businesses. The role holder is responsible for designing the organization's pay philosophy, process, and policy guidelines for compensation & benefits as well as a competitive rewards strategy to attract, motivate and retain the right talent for the organization.

S/he will be overseeing the following responsibilities :

- Design process and policy guidelines for compensation and benefits as well as rewards strategy including pay mix, pay ranges, and payroll administration; ensure timely implementation and adherence to the same across the organization

- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances as applicable for pay policies and guidelines

- Drive and lead annual compensation review process across the organization for incorporating market corrections ensuring accurate and updated market data availability

- Oversee normalization/ moderation process and approvals for the business organization

- Design increment matrix and sales incentive schemes based on organizational priorities and industry trends

- Design performance management systems and processes for the organization with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building

- Design PMS roadmap for the organization and identify related initiatives to be taken up to strengthen processes and global implementation

- Manage all C&B and PMS dashboards for the organization

- Drive C&B and PMS-related audits across the organization and lead action plans coming out of the audit findings

- Oversee analysis of all key C&B and PMS processes & MIS, derive insights and design solutions

- Enhance employee serviceability through structured HR policies and systems (payroll, leave, time & attendance etc.)

- Drive and support compensation / PMS-related special projects across the organization like job evaluation, job analysis, compensation benchmarking etc.
