Client Details

Our client is an Indian banking and financial services company headquartered in Kolkata.

Description

1. The candidate will be expected to lead the entire C&B function for the company, looking after the entire employee base of 30,000 employees (all on-roll)

2. The candidate will manage a team of 4-5 people (Managers/Sr. Managers)

3. The role will report directly into the CHRO

4. The role is based out of Kolkata

Profile

1. You are expected to come with an experience of 10-15 years, primarily in the Compensation & Benefits area

2. Experience in the BFSI / Telecom industry is preferred

3. A full time MBA is a must

4. Open to working out of Kolkata

5. Available to join at the earliest
