- Responsible for managing various employee benefits & ESOPs across all grades.
- Responsible for automation for different modules of HR and development of New HR projects.
- Regularize and monitor the Leave Management system, Overtime and night shift allowance.
- SPOCs for employee query resolution for PMS, Compensation & taxation, Salary processing.
- Ensure smooth processing of benefits claims and entitlements for all levels in the organization.
- Responsible for Employee Compensation & Benefits policy development & communications.
- Responsible for updation of standard operating processes for all HR processes.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly HR Audits and Data management for RBI reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in HR MIS and Database management.
