- Lead/ Manage Compensation Programs like Salary reviews, bonus, promotion etc.

- Compensation in Global Mobility: Formulating policies on Local & Expat Compensation Model Design, Currency Exch. Rate Administration, Offer fitments - Exceptions related to mobility

- Accountable for Review of Salary Ranges, Job evaluation and Market pricing of jobs

- Survey participation with Mercer, Radford etc to Create/ Review Salary Tables

- Annual Operating Plan, Salary Increase budgeting, Annual Incentive Plan budgeting, etc

- Consult to Recruitment, Global C&B team and HR Business partners and Shared Services

- HR advisory for new businesses including preparation of organization structure, design principle, Job description etc

- Organizational Climate Survey - Set up framework for survey to be conducted every year

- Planning and strategizing for nationwide Recruitment
