Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the year-end compensation cycle, including performance reviews, salary adjustments, bonuses, and equity awards.
- Distributing performance-linked salary increments and bonuses based on merit, company performance, and benchmarks.
- Implementing the Total Rewards philosophy by aligning compensation with company values and goals.
- Overseeing the annual operating plan (AOP) and budgeting processes for the compensation function.
- Conducting competitive market salary benchmarking studies and analysis.
- Analyzing large compensation datasets and identifying trends to derive insights and drive data-based decisions.
- Reviewing labor costs and making recommendations to optimize spending and align with business goals.
- Managing the promotion process, job architecture, and job evaluation to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Designing and executing incentive compensation plans, variable pay programs, and other rewards initiatives.
