The person will report into Chief Human Resource Officer and will be responsible for all tactical and strategic decision making for the function responsible.  Essential Skills :  - Individuals with a strong Compensation & Benefits experience of at least 15-18 years, experience in managing the function for a large organization.  - Preferably from Manufacturing/Automotive/Engineering sector  - MBA in Human Resources from top 20 Business Schools.  - Certifications in Compensation & Benefits will be an added advantage.  - Strong background in managing compensation processes with a good understanding of business/market.  - Must have excellent communication and consulting abilities  - Demonstrated stability in roles and a strategic and tactical ability to design, deliver and direct processes will be an asset.
