NCR matters - Nomination Remuneration Committee
- Responsible for drafting and executing compensation related strategies in alignment with the group HR framework and the organization goals and priorities.
- Leading the Job Evaluation framework and implementation to ensure the organisation's structures and roles are evaluated in line with the changing business and external environment.
- Leading the design and implementation of the Long Term Incentive Plans for Senior Management, Deferred Compensation Retention Plans, Project based Retention schemes
- Responsible for designing the Variable Pay plan in line with organization priorities and desired outcomes.
- Leading the Performance Management and Compensation Review cycles from Goal Setting to Compensation Review process rollout and communication.
- Shall have additional responsibility of HR operations.
- Shall take care of board related matters
- Would have a team of 10-12 Team Members from both HR OPs and C&B, Comprising of SVP & below
