My client is a global financial services institution based with a top tier global client list and market leading position. They have a captive set up in India and are seeking a senior professional to head their Compensation and Benefits overall in India. Reporting to the Asia Head of C&B this is a leadership role requiring the suitable individual to work with a high level of autonomy and independence, while managing the India team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Forming strategies and implementing the Comp & Benefits program.
- Responsible for APAC regional wellness and insurance renewals.
- Reviewing the current benefit plans and recommending changes if required.
- Responsible for determining appropriate market salary, incentive targets and job structure in alignment with global structures.
- Partnering with the stakeholders Partners to implement C&B programs and policies in India including Rewards & Recognitions and Wellness.
- Making sure that the benefit plans are compliant with the legislature.
- Managing and supervising vendors.
- Efficient assignment of the work to the team while the incumbent is expected to be hands on.
To qualify for this role, you will require:
- Full time MBA from a Top Tier B-School
- 13+ years of experience into Compensation & Benefits
- Candidates from a large Financial Services or Captive background will be preferred
- Must have team handling experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
