Head Compensation & Benefit role

Total experience: minimum 10 years

Location: Mumbai

Reports to : CHRO

Team: 3-4 members

Responsibilities:

1) Benchmarking current policies to ensure competitiveness

2) Developing Compensation and Benefits strategies and plans

3) Ensuring faultless implementation of compensation and benefits policies

4) Collaborating with all department heads to drive continuous improvement

5) Managing the annual salary review process

6) Leading the Payroll and Benefits teams

Notes:

1. Must have team handling exposure

2. Need expertise of CNB
