Heading the Compensation & Benefits vertical.
- Team Management (4-5 members apprx)
- Will be responsible for designing competitive compensation packages that align with the organisations overall strategy.
- Work closely with the finance department to create and manage the compensation budget. Forecasting and planning for future compensation expenses.
- Oversee the organisations benefits programs.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Responsible for designing and managing executive compensation packages, which can be more complex and include elements such as stock options and deferred compensation.
- Board related matters & NRC (Nomination Remuneration Committee)
