General Summary : Participates in surveys to collect and analyze competitive information to identify company's leading market position. Formulates recommendations regarding development of salary structures and job revisions. Creates reports on a variety of analytics that include, and not limited to, workforce planning, incentive compensation, bonus plans, benefit plans, sales compensation or stock options. Duties & Responsibilities : - Participates in submitting and analyzing survey data to determine market trends and company's competitive position in the market. - Perform data modeling and cost analysis for compensation and Benefit programs using a variety of systems - Participates in management of jobs that comprises of updating job descriptions to approved company format, assigning job levels/grades, auditing job titling conventions, to provide global consistency, transparency and company-wide understanding. - Develops global standardized job descriptions that comprise of broad job responsibilities, accountability expectations, requirements for education and experience. - Performs data analysis from a variety of resources to identify trends and gaps on a variety of compensation and/or benefit topics. - Provides support to global team for special compensation and benefits projects/peer review. Compile peer market information and data from wide range of resources.
