Brief Job profile: - To monitor statutory compliances across subsidiary companies - To conduct Board / General / Committee meetings efficiently and all statutory filings - To improve compliances to ensure no notices from regulatory authorities - Participating in and speaking at various conferences. - Improve service level to Directors and Shareholders - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders - Expertise to take decisions, and lead the function in dynamic times - Expert knowledge in Company Law, Listing Agreement and applicable SEBI Regulations - Good knowledge in related FEMA regulations - Knowledge in FEMA Regulations, SEBI AIF Regulations and Compliance Reporting System would be an advantage;
