Head - Company Secretary & Legal - IT Services Firm

Highlights of the role and responsibilities:

- Heading Legal and compliance function for USD 550mn IT services firm and managing a team of legal experts

- Management of Board (including its Committee) meetings and General Meeting of the Shareholders

- Compliance with Regulatory requirements (Compliance with Listing Agreements, Stock Exchange requirements, SEBI Act & Regulations and Companies Act)

- Safeguard company's legal interest in contracts with Clients, Partners, and Consultants and provide timely support to the Sales and other functional teams.

- Management of IPR Records and support for creation of new IPR

- Handling of Litigations

- Arrangements for conduct of smooth meetings of Board, its Committee and General Meetings.

- Engaging external professionals for various compliances

- Risk mitigation in all types of the Agreements

- Purchase of subject related books and periodicals

- Engaging external counsels for defending litigations or filing of litigations

- Dealing and interactions with Statutory and Regulatory authorities

- Selection of vendors for printing of Annual Report and other stationery items
