Qualification - MBA/PG/Degree in Communications/PR/Marketing
Key roles &responsibilities :-
Corporate Communications :
- 360 Degree management of all PR & Media Strategy & Execution Plan including the
- Streamlining of the Corporate Messaging for the Company & identification of the spokespersons
- Communication plan & Branding of key Spokespersons of the company
- Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
- Proactively securing media interaction opportunities with the agency and maintaining media relationships
- Generating content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website communications specialist
- Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
- Creation & updation of Media Engagement & Management Policy
- Crisis Management & creation of a Crisis Management Document
Skill sets required :
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience in corporate communications and project management
- Experience in developing brand marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
