- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Raw Material is Necessary. - Plant Commercial Including Finance, SAP, Budgeting, Local Procurement Planning, Supply chain, CAPEX. - Dealing with Banks/Financial Institutions for project funding (term loan & working capital loan) - Supply Chain Management: Optimization of inventory carrying cost, enhancing purchase efficiency and ensuring ready availability of raw material through active coordination with Purchase Coordinator. - Preparation &amp; Finalization of Units Profit &amp; Loss A/c. &amp; Balance sheet. - Analysis and evolution of Capex MIS. - Negotiation skills, evaluating contacts, vendor development, sourcing strategy. logistics and import, export management. - Negotiating contracting best value and establish service level covering key aspects. Manage/Control purchase ordering, facilitate negotiations on terms of payment Ensure suppliers assessment in parameters of quality, quantity, timely delivery and capacity building. - Competitive sourcing price management. - Must have handled sales and distribution of top brands Required Candidates Skills Set: - Candidate with about 12-17 years of experience. Preferred industry Chemicals / Petro-Chemical / Plastic/ Converting. - B.Tech / B.E ( Other Engineering ) Commercial, purchase, procurement, vendor development, logistic, stores, Inventory Management background. - Good communication with prospective business leadership qualities. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Must be have International European Market Exposure. - Traveling: Need to be flexible for frequently traveling outside India
