Location : Gurgaon Your Employer : A leading, global beauty/cosmetics company selling its products in over 100 countries along with presence in Europe and the Middle East market Responsibilities : - Managing the Commercial Transformation department by developing strategies and execute plans for - Understanding Sales Trends and regularly updating sales data - Sales Budgeting, Sales Pipeline, Sales Forecasting. - Supporting field team in identifying new geographies and market analysis while, studying Representative behavior in current geographies. - Developing strategies, designs and managing programs that drive retention, earnings, recognition of core business leaders and representatives. - Understanding of business P/L region-wise as well as at Pan India level to manage budget. - Planning, developing and implementing Sales Incentive Programs. Requirements : - Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+ years of experience in & understanding of Sales Data Analytics, Sales Strategy and Sales Planning. - Broad Understanding of the Direct Sales strategic requirement and having experience of working in a Personal Care/Beauty industry - Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills. - Good industry knowledge; target-oriented individual with outstanding sales and analytical aptitude.
