Job Description :

To lead the Retail/Mall Space Leasing & Sales team and look after the following responsibilities:

- Will be Manage Retail/Mall Leasing portfolio across projects India. Responsible for Corporate Real Estate Management, Business Development, Client Relationship, Transaction Management- Lease negotiations & Agreement Preparations, Renewals, Portfolio Management and Project Management Coordination.

- Responsible for leasing, Sales and MIS of luxury corporate office projects across in India

- Manage investor relations for the projects and work with them to achieve effective leasing and rental realization.

Location : Bangalore/Kolkata/Mumbai

Candidate Profile : MBA from reputed institutes, preferably a person who has 18 - 25 years of Commercial Leasing & Sales experience from Retail/Mall, Real Estate, Private Equity (PE), IPC's and Retail Sectors. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places and has worked in huge growth & competitive environment.
