Position Description:

Quantity Survey, cost & risk management, techno – commercial, contracts management, contracts administration in real estate sector.

Pre Contract:

1. Preliminary cost appraisal of the project.

2. Cost planning & value engineering in coordination with consultants.

3. Risk Assessment, Anticipated variations.

4. Study & evaluate drawings, specifications & design basis reports from the perspective of qualification, costing & techno commercial activities.

5. Rate analysis of the key items.

6. Final cost plan & cash flows.

7. Finalising procurement strategy and contract packages.

8. Finalising tender event schedule.

9. Pre tender estimates.

10. Selection of tenderers through pre-qualification.

11. Prepare & issue tender documents and addendums.

12. Tender evaluations, negotiations.

13. Management approval and award of contract.

14. Contract documentation.

15. Should have worked on cost, quality, time and safety parameters

16. Should have cross cultural experience.

Post Contract:

1. Reconciliation of estimates / value engineering & cash flow updates.

2. Periodical cost report.

3. Ensuring timely submission of bonds and insurances from the contractors.

4. Assessment of variations, escalations and issuance of change orders, amendments.

5. Monitoring of Contracts and taking feedback from project.

6. Co-ordination between Contractor and Project team for resolving contractual issues.

7. Making & tracking Contract related correspondence.

8. Interim and final bill certification and recommendation for payment.

9. Maintaining payment tracker in coordination with Accounts for timely release of payments.

10. Final reconciliation of cost plan.

11. Should have worked on cost, quality, time and safety parameters

12. Should have cross cultural experience.
