Head - Commercial Leasing - Real Estate (10-20 yrs)
- Responsible to identify new business opportunities, business development, proposal development, and lead client pitches.
- Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's Retail and office space requirements
- Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network.
- Request for Proposals (RFP) including the presentation and closure.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, business development skills as well as proven leadership abilities in managing multiple projects and staff.
- Must possess excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills in order to deliver brilliant customer service and manage key client relationships.
- Able to work closely with the company's Managing Director and the leadership team within the region which consists of business development and delivery personnel, and the Commercial Leasing & Sales team.
- Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership
- Experience of working IN Retail Leasing.
- Ex-IPC/Developer side preferred
