Key Deliverables :


- Achieve Revenue & PBT

- Reduction in Working capital of the SBU and cash positive operations

- Statutory Compliances in India and all overseas branches

- Direct and Indirect tax assessment at all overseas branch

- Commodity and Forex management

- Tendering support for acquisition of new business

Operations :

- AR monitoring to ensure reduction in DSO days

- Focus on collection to ensure positive cash flow in the business

- Ensure adequate banking limits to provide the Bid bond, ABG, PBG and Retention BGs before due date to clients

- Timely extension of BGs as per business need, Timely reduction of ABGs and retrieval of PBGs as per terms of contract.

- Ensure validity of PAA for BGs and funds remittance to site as per need of projects

- Ensure project insurance policy before start of the project, Time to time extension as per business requirement need and settlement of claims.

- Timely opening of LCs to vendors & extension thereof to get the material on credit for project requirement as per terms of PO.

- Day to day business coordination between various central functions such as Finance, Accounts, Tax, IT, Legal & Secretarial, HR, CPMG, Procurement, Insurance, Internal audit and project teams at various locations.

- Smooth internal audits at HO and project site and corrective and preventive actions on all the points.

- Smooth Statutory audit on quarterly and annual at HO and all project sites

- Smooth tax audit and tax assessment at all project sites.

- Expert knowledge of all SAP Modules for project accounting & monitoring.

- Expert knowledge of export documentations

- Region wise monthly assessment, Various MIS & variance analysis

- Zero base costing of all projects and Quarterly assessment of CTC

- Work closely with Central planning group on Revenue/ Margin planning to minimize volatility across months

- Monthly & Quarterly currency assessment and deriving a better execution plan and forecast

- Review of all Projects & countries through periodic site visits

- Reducing the billing time by expediting Invoicing/ Dispatch/ BL

- Specific focus on high value AR and monitoring of unbilled AR

- Monthly discussion and resolution/closure of long sticky issues like VAT etc.

- Work closely with the Tendering team to improve win ratios by

- Optimization of tender cash flow

- Cross country exposure and hedging strategy for mitigating the same

- Reduction of Interest/ Finance cost by optimizing the project execution planning and advanced tying up with local banks

- Review of country risk and action plan for mitigation

- Monitoring of PAA, BG for client, BG from Vendors for all projects

- EDPMS, EBRC, RBI Compliances, Availing the Export incentives

Controls :

- Drive Internal Financial Control across Intl by Leveraging SAP and other digital tools.

- Eliminate repetitive issues of non-adherence to processes & increase scrutiny of procurement and site expenses

- Detailed budgeting of all the activities of each project and for SBU and monthly monitoring of cost and overheads to be within the budget and comparison across various sites

Team Development :

- Build robust commercial team and contribute to succession plan for Commercial dept.
