Head - Commercial Finance & Strategy - Hospitality

1. Analysing and suggesting improvements on work flow in various internal departments.

2. Analysing the construction process to reduce time and cost of purchase and construction contracts.

3. Detailed analysis of our current construction model (project employees, contracts) and device a method to ensure there are no leakages in the system.

4. Routine analysis of cost of goods imported from China and its impact on overall construction cost

5. Routine analysis of impact of commodity prices and its impact on construction cost.

6. Monitoring the overall structure of the company and suggesting improvements..

7. Monitor and reduce fixed cost

8. Drive new internal projects.

9. Head operations and manage P/L of property management vertical. (along with Director - finance)

10. Ensure there are no leakages in the system and continuously work towards improving current systems.
