- Lead the commercial excellence function with world class interventions aimed at capability building of the sales teams and developing future business leaders.
- Developing a high performance culture, capability building and learning mindset for the field force.
- Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional linkages for sales force structure, including hiring, capability building, right sizing, designing career pathways, operational effectiveness, coaching sales leaders for future leadership roles.
- To provide a fast & effective response to a continuously changing business environment of H.C.S and T C by mobilizing fresh knowledge and new skill sets.
- Provide direction to Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate interventions within the allocated budget for each of the business assigned.
- Develop future leaders in commercial excellence function.
- Drive Commercial excellence function with appropriate metrics aligned to business needs
- Ensure Sales Force Effectiveness.
Desired Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree in Science / Pharmacy with Mgmt. degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing
- 20+ years in Sales / Training / Commercial Excellence in Pharma Industry is a must
- Sound understanding of SFE processes, strategic, business processes, learning methodologies and expertise in people development
