About our Client - Our client is one of the leading leading pharmaceutical MNC globally and one of fastest growing MNCs in India. It is headquartered in Mumbai and has a diverse product portfolio. They are looking to hire their Head for their commercial excellence function.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Head you would be responsible for :

- Segmentation and Targeting Designing

- Designing profiling template and executing the profiling exercise

- Performance Analytics - MIS, PCPM, SLS/FLS tracking

- Standardization of review process- template, record keeping and data provider

- Sales Excellence In-Clinic as well as Out-Clinic KPIs tracking

- Key Account Management - Designing, tracking, Dashboard

The Successful Candidate - You would have at least 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, out of which at least 2 should be in a commercial excellence head role. At least 5 years of experience in sales is a must. Some exposure to training would be preferred.
