RESPONSIBILITIES : - Perform according to the company's principals and values, - Closely following the company's image and assist Commercial Director India for better marketing, - Having strong relationships with employees and perform effectively together, - Developing short term and long term strategies with Sales and Marketing organization accordingly with company's targets and report to Commercial Director India. - Conducting monthly-based market research and reporting market conditions, current and potential customers and suggestions to Commercial Director India. - Constituting and actualizing necessary plans in order to acquire new customers. - Following all recent updates and developments with the sales team and providing suggestions in accordance with company targets to Commercial Director India. - Systematically following industry-specific news, competitors- actions, pricing policies with the sales team and providing readings on recent updates to Commercial Director India. - Increasing the profitability of customers within the portfolio, executing within-department improvement activities and acquiring company targets by actualizing departmental targets. - Detecting potential customers, forming communication with them and communicating processes with Commercial Director India. - Providing a standard for keeping healthy data about current and potential customers. - Constituting, presenting and tracking customer-specific projects according to departmental targets. - Taking an active role in all agreement meetings with customers. - Supporting other departments in eliminating customer problems. - Preparing a periodic visit plan, specific to customers, in order to form a strong communication and ensuring that the plan works perfectly; ensuring that all meeting notes and visitation reports are entered to the system. - Applying and developing CRM Salesforce system for all stations; ensuring that all stations receive CRM Salesforce user-trainings. Making sure that CRM Salesforce manuals are properly used and adapted. - Ensuring that all complaints and thanking are timely entered into the CRM system and these messages are appropriately processed. - Monthly collecting, analyzing and reporting current complaints, suggestions and thankings received. - Coordinating all customer relations-related organizations. - Communicating the business intelligence, gathered through customer relations, to senior management. - Screening demands and needs of current and potential customers. - Ensuring that new services are appropriately presented to the customers in line with departmental targets. - Following-up existing contracts and ensuring renewal of expiring contracts with suitable conditions on time. - Preparing, presenting and communicating proposals and ensuring that the best agreement is acquired for the company. Providing the necessary practice and preparation. - Ensuring that all contracts are concluded within the law and requirements and follow the approval processes without ant exception - Closely following signing, approval and entering in force processes of contracts. - Evaluating contract terminations and following-up termination processes. - Preparing income budget by coordinating with Planning Department. - With Financial Affairs; - Ensuring that monthly commission/return accounts are approved according to protocols, - Ensuring that annual endorsements and income statuses of customers are reviewed, - Conducting preliminary examination of sales projections, income budgets and forecasts. - Evaluating monthly budget variance reports with reasons and providing suggestions to Commercial Director India. - Supporting projects of other subsidiaries in case of need. - Following, questioning, taking prevention, participating in development activities and leading department activities according to business plans, company procedures and standards, efficiency, quality and internal/external customer satisfaction. - Ensuring that departmental activities follow business objectives, providing solution for conflicts, leading and actively taking role in eliminating problems. - Enhancing team motivation, building team awareness and ensuring the sustainability of team awareness. - Evaluating and providing feedback on team performance; managing professional development plans, providing on-the-job trainings and enabling the ideal environment for effective performance. - Providing a sustainable behavior of internalizing company values and principles, providing a peaceful and coherent work environment. - Representing the company, the department to external bodies and managing relationships. - Closely following the relationships with other entities and actively participating to organizations. - Master Degree from Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and International Relations departments of Universities - At least 8 years experience in sales and marketing (minimum 5 years managerial experience) - Sectoral experience is preferred - Advanced knowledge of English Ms Office, Salesforce
