Our Client is a Tier 1 MNC Company. Client is into Consumer facing industry with a leading position, having presence at PAN India level.

Education - CA (Preference Rank Holder / 1st Attempt)

Work Exp - 14Years minimum Post CA qualification.

Team Handling - Team handling experience is Must.

ERP Experience - SAP is preferred.

Industry Preference - Candidate must be from large FMCG, Consumer, Pharma, Paint, Manufacturing sectors.

A Brief on Job Profile

We are looking for a Head Commercial. It's a large team handling role with very high business driven role.

Position reports into Chief Commercial Officer and Business Finance Head.

Candidate is responsible to do the following major tasks:-

Plan & Forecast :

- Preparing Budgets and Monthly Projections. The process involves close interaction with the respective business managers to arrive at the Budgets and projections.

- Preparing 3 Years rolling Strategic Operational Forecast.

- Commercial Policy Making

- To drive Process improvement projects.

- Setting up the Corporate Governance.

- Setting up the financial SOP's.

- Business strategy, product mix and profitability improvement initiatives.

Price, Budget & Control :

- Drive cost saving in Finance / Pricing / Cost Control / Budgeting.

- Ensuring establishment and implementation of Internal Controls/Internal Check.

- Internal Control - Develop internal control system, recommend areas for improvement both financial and operational, and establish new accounting policies and procedures.

- Coordination with the Auditors for Internal Audit, Due Diligence Audit, Statutory Audit.

- ROI Negotiation deals with multiple vendors across the functions in the organization.

- Conceptualize the competition benchmarking.

Business strategy & execution in commercial finance :

- To lead operational efficiency projects.

- Monitor and drive supply chain finance strategy and processes to control commercial and statutory requirements.

- Business finance partnering.

- Responsible for Capex planning.

Control on areas of as Commercial Head. Excluding Sales :

- Manufacturing Units.

- Raw Materials.

- Warehouses.

- Logistics.

- Admin, HR and IT Services.

- Working Capital / CAPEX.
