It's a large team handling role with very high business driven role. Position reports into Chief Commercial Officer and Business Finance Head. The process involves close interaction with the respective business managers to arrive at the Budgets and projections. - Preparing 3 Years rolling Strategic Operational Forecast. - Commercial Policy Making - To drive Process improvement projects. - Setting up the Corporate Governance. - Setting up the financial SOP's. - Business strategy, product mix and profitability improvement initiatives. Price, Budget & Control : - Drive cost saving in Finance / Pricing / Cost Control / Budgeting. - Ensuring establishment and implementation of Internal Controls/Internal Check. - Internal Control - Develop internal control system, recommend areas for improvement both financial and operational, and establish new accounting policies and procedures. - Coordination with the Auditors for Internal Audit, Due Diligence Audit, Statutory Audit. - ROI Negotiation deals with multiple vendors across the functions in the organization. - Conceptualize the competition benchmarking. Business strategy & execution in commercial finance : - To lead operational efficiency projects. - Monitor and drive supply chain finance strategy and processes to control commercial and statutory requirements. - Business finance partnering. - Responsible for Capex planning. Control on areas of as Commercial Head. Excluding Sales : - Manufacturing Units. - Raw Materials. - Warehouses. - Logistics. - Admin, HR and IT Services. - Working Capital / CAPEX.
