Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
Job Description
1. Develop commercial sales business strategy (MCS, CSS and ESS) in India and develop a strategic relationship with key customers locally;
2. Responsible for the India sales revenue generation and growth;
3. Drive the design win for the opportunities in India in the mobile phone, PC and enterprises fields;
4. Responsible for developing and executing upon the plan to expand market share in India;
5. Directly manager major and critical developing client accounts;
6. Customize negotiations and engagements with customers;
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 14 years of experience selling semiconductor devise (Flash/USB drive kind of products would be a plus)
- Previously held senior level position for high tech industry
- Extensive experience in solutions sell to the mobile phone, PC and enterprises fields
- Ability to leverage previously established relationships and new relationships with key decision makers in targeted companies
- Proven ability to work with customers throughout the evaluation and benchmarking period
- Proven experience taking an emerging technology value proposition through customer validation, as well as volume production
- Education : Candidates with MBA from premier B Schools only
- Someone who has been more on commercial side of enterprise sales of products like PC’s/Mobiles would also fit.
