- To build collections strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of company policy.
- Formulating & implementing strategies for improvement of collection inflows and reduction in Bad Debts
- Driving process improvements- with an objective of maximizing collections, identifying alerts/red flags including high risk and high impact customers
- Ensure end to end NPA Management
- Ensure payments, Audit receipts get deposited within the defined SLA
- Close coordination with other verticals to maximize recoveries
- Tracking efficiency & effectiveness of the Resolution/Recovery of the portfolio Daily basis and providing feedback to them
- Handling Collection activities, forecast monthly/quarterly Collection targets
Desired Skills and Experience
- 12-15 years of collections experience in managing national or large zonal collection teams - BFSI
- Collection Operations
- Hands-on seasaoned collections leader to setup and lead collections team
- Education from Tier 1 institutions
- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills. Numbers driven.
- Self-driven & energetic operations expert.
- Top-notch people management skills.
