Job Description : The Head of Collections will play a pivotal role in driving and optimising the collections function within our fast-growing and reputable Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). This strategic leadership position requires a dynamic individual capable of steering the collections team to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic and competitive environment

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute innovative collections strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing collections team.

Profile :
