Role: Head Collections

CTC: 30-32 Lacs

Must have:

- Should be tech savvy

- 12+ years of overall experience with 4-5 years at a leadership level in small ticket loans collections

- Exposure in managing geographically diverse teams

- Experience in managing all forms of collections such as tele collections as well as Field collections

- Experience in Managing and heading teams taking care of Hard as well as soft collections

Job Description:

- Head the collections setup including internal as well as Agency channel for urban as well as rural collections

- Head both Tele as well as Field collections for the firm

- Optimize overall cost of collections for the firm

- Work closely with Business Head & CEO in terms of Collections Strategy

- Work closely with Business, Legal , Compliance and Other Support functions in order to ensure best practices within the organization

- Build the collections team from scratch and work closely with Partners and Collection Agencies

- Responsible for implementation of collection strategies and fraud prevention

- Implementation of Technology enables collection practices and new age solutions

- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under different acts set by Reserve bank of India

- Analysis of the monthly loan loss reports to measure portfolio performance

- Ability to come up with data driven insights and interventions

- Provide active feedback to Underwriting team and business head to ensure healthy book building

- Defining performance driven incentive culture

- Metrics and data driven operations
