Exp: 10 to 16 yrs Location:: Bangalore CTC: upto 30 LPA JD - - Be the owner of Collections for all accounts for the new entiry and manage by going on the field for collections by himself (if need be). - Management and presentation of Collection management information systems (MIS) and regular performance reviews Handle through the sales team members, the on ground collection. - Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers. Specific details mentioned - Agency Management & Performance Management Identification, empanelling, training and retention of the desired agencies at regional/area levels. - Close monitoring of customer portfolio and performance of team - Devise strategy for collection and recovery from the customers against advances - Experience of managing high bucket and tough cases - Startup fitment- Willing to work is fast paced, dynamic set up - Knowledge of lending, general understanding of collection processes and relevant regulatory/legal framework - Proven leadership, motivational, analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, lateral thinking, managerial and project management skills to handle problems and crises in a confident and decisive manner. - Good communication- Kannada /English is a must
