Head - Collections - Farm Equipment Finance

Job Description :
- Collections and recoveries of agri loans, farm equipment finance, dairy equipment finance

- End to end follow up of delinquent customers

- Visiting NPA customers in the catchment villages (Nashik, Solapur, Aurangabad, Jalna, Dhule)

- Ensuring zero bucketing and GNPA resolution

- Responsible for setting up the entire collections vertical

- Responsible for managing the entire end to end collections and recovery process of the portfolio
