Head - Collections - BPO

The candidate is expected to manage end to end collections portfolio

Head End-End Collections

- Assist in migration of collection processes from various group Operating Companies.

- Drive performance, development, and operational effectiveness of the Collections function

- Set and maintain collection management policies and procedures, establishing best practices and efficient, integrated workflows within the systems database.

- Help shape all relevant operational processes across our business to ensure that they support collections strategy.

- Develop a data-driven, analytical approach to our debt collection activity to maximize results and cost effectiveness.

- Timely escalation/discussion with CFOs of the group Operating units through calendarized Governance calls

- Develop strategies to support the growth of the business and which optimize cash flow and customer experience and minimize risk, cost and debt
