- Pan India experience to handle field as well in-house tele calling .

- Ability to develop teams across India.

- Good in collection analysis skill & strategy .

- Good knowledge about dialer set up , ivr set up , Digital collection infra .

- Collection experience should be in unsecured loans mainly CD loan & PL .

- Good excel skill & knowledge about data , data segmentation.

- Ability to work with the IT team & help development of collection dashboard.
