They recently raised $50 million, in a new round of funding led by Chinese funds Hillhouse Capital and Tybourne Capital, valuing the firm over 1800 Crores.

Description:

- To achieve collection targets for the portfolio across the marketplace.

- Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.

- Setting up and managing the entire collections process and infrastructure.

- Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India

- Building the collections strategy for the portfolio.

- Managing and leading the inhouse collections team.

- Working closely with risk and analytics team for improvement in collections and underwriting.

- Managing interface with legal agencies

- Working closely with risk, analytics, and business teams

- Management of Customers, Agencies, Lenders on the marketplace

Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in collections across different cycles (Frontend, recovery, and strategy)

- Experience in underwriting across various products like Mortgages, Commercial Lending, Secured and Unsecured SME Financing, Small Ticket Housing Finance to informal segment and Microfinance
