Description

- Graduation or Post Graduation from Tier 1 institutions is a plus

- 10+ years of total experience.

- Over 5 years of experience in managing national or large zonal collection teams for retail unsecured loans/credit cards for banks or large NBFCs

- Excellent logic and problem solving skills and are numbers driven.

- Self-driven & energetic operations expertise

- Experience in building collection operations from the ground-up and scaling them is a big plus

- Top-notch people management skills

- Experience in scaling your team talent and are Adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent
