Head - Collection - Unsecured Loans - NBFC - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- Full time MBA from tier 1 institute or CA

- Atleast 18 years of experience out of which some duration at National Collections role

- Accountable for managing an excellent quality loan portfolio with Collections across entire spectrum of defaults, i.e. X, soft and hard buckets.

- Enable recovery of money from written-off pool Experience to work closely with National and Local collections agencies, In-house or outsourced call-centres to ensure constant proactive customer reach out to prevent early stage delinquency and reduce flows to higher buckets

- Experience in setting up or managing Central Collections call centres
