Collection Head - Unsecured Business Loans

Job Role :

- Direct Reporting will be of 4 Regional Collection Manager & total team of 150-200 people

- Deliver the assigned Financial Targets - Delinquency / RoR / GCL / NCL

- Manage daily/weekly/monthly collection operations with optimum productivity and performance

- Maintain cost of collections/cost per account with the given budget

- Building/Reviewing and execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio

- Review with RCM on daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Capacity Planning - Internal as well as external

- Monitor the high POS accounts at location level and also review Trail upload and Trail Gap

- Create, build, train and manage the front-line collections team, spread across pan-India locations

- Build class leading collections capability - FTEs / Vendors / Processes / Technology / Tracing Tools / Legal etc

- Ensure strict adherence to processes and control measures

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Successful completion of internal/external audits.

- Ensure Customer centricity - ensure adherence to COC, conduct RCA of collection related complaints and work continuously to minimize them
