Head - Collection - Telecom

We are currently hiring for a Leading Telecom Firm that is renowned for its multi-cultural work environment coupled with enormous amount of opportunities to grow within the organisation.

The offered role is for a Head - Collection .

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall collection performance and keep bad debts under control.

- Handling a team of 15 members (5 Direct and Matrix 10)

Manage the following portfolios :

- Dunning/Collection Back office (Dunning, Allocation, Bill settlement, Receipt book management, Settlements etc.)

- Retail Field collections.

- Manage collections and bad debts for the entire state of Tamil Nadu.

- Telecalling Collections (Manage the telecalling portfolio efficiently to reduce flows into higher buckets.

- Managing revenue and subscriber churn Complaints management.

- Team building.

- Cross functional team management to ensure business objectives are being met.

Essentials :

- Extensive experience within the domain of collections is a pre-requisite.

- Cross functional team management exposure.

- Candidates undertaking similar role within banking vertical is eligible to apply.

- Should be fluent in Tamil.
