Head - Collateral Logistics Management - BFSI

The role is required to manage all Printing and Delivery of customer deliverables across Bank, Process Improvement iniatives of CPU, PIN printing and RMC of Liabilities AOF

Budgetary Control :

- Ensure actual spends are within the budgeted expenses

- Identification of low price vendors without affecting customer and process quality

- Migrate physical deliverables to e-deliverables through projects and active participation with Business and Product teams, critically review regulatory compliance requirements

- Reconciliation of bills every month to approve vendor payments

Vendor Management :

- Manage > 25 vendors (SLA Adherence, InfoSec Audits, Price Negotiations, Fraud Control & oversight)

- Manage Business Continuity Plan and concentration risk actively, ensure regulatory compliance on RBI guidelines on outsourcing

Collaterals Management :

- Ensuring accurate processing of > 20 types and 150+ SKUs of various customer deliverables

- Periodic review of controls and QC activity at Vendor end

- Managing >10 Mn cards production through cost effective inventory planning and management

Logistics Management :

- Delivery of > 3 million credit cards with zero transit fraud loss

- Robotics Process Automation for real time delivery updates

- Benchmarking best practices from e-com industry to improve customer experience

- RMC & Pincell Management

- Storage of Liabilities AOF with record management companies

- Managing PINCell operations as per regulatory gudielines
